LOWESTOFT PORCELAIN TEAPOT. Doll's House Pattern. Late 18th Century.
This super 18th Century Lowestoft Porcelain Teapot, in the Doll’s House Pattern, dates from circa 1770.
It is in generally good condition for Lowestoft.
There are some damages to the collar – the main area is in-line with the spout (lease see photograph). There is a hairline to the lower base of the handle and chipping to the foot rim. The Lid has an old 2.5 cm hairline and a chip to the underneath of the lip.
There is no restoration.
The colours are strong and vibrant the Teapot is a lovely sphercial shape. It displays beautifully.
