This Pair of Georgian Mahogany Candlesticks date from circa 1830.

The crispness of the turning is notable; the rich colour and mellow patina are remarkable.

They are in good, unrestored condition. As can be seen from the photograph there is a small chip to the turning where the column meets the base.
