This cute Pair of Victorian Staffordshire Red and White Dogs date from circa 1860.

Although commonly referred to as ‘red’ the glaze is, in fact, a deep terra-cotta colour.

The alert-looking Dogs have gilt collars and padlocks and black chains. The condition is good with no restoration.
