This Full Length Victorian Dressing Mirror dates from circa 1880. It measures a stately 82 inches (208 cm) in height.

It is in unrestored condition with some minor losses. The glass is clear and bright and, as can be seen in the photographs, the Mirror has a well-made , strong, panelled wood back. There are old mirror plates fitted to the sides and base.

There are signs of old gilt beneath the later finish. A very useful Mirror.

An ideal addition to the Period House where evidence of character and history are more important than a bright, shiny, pristine finish.
