2 ENGLISH GEORGIAN BLUE & WHITE SPODE ZEUS IN HIS CHARIOT PLATE

These Two English Georgian Blue and White Transfer Printed Plates are decorated in the Greek Pattern made popular by the Spode Factory and date from circa 1820.  The Plates show Zeus in his Chariot within a border of Classical Medallions and Vases.

There are no cracks.  One Plate has a tiny filled chip to the edge and minor grazing to the edge.  The other Plate has a minor surface chip to the back.  There is a slight difference in the diameter of the plates.

Diameter Plate 1:  9.75 inches (25 cm)

Diamter Plate 2: 9.6 inches (24.5 cm)
