ENGLISH PORCELAIN FLOWER VASE c1840

This very elegant English Porcelain Vase, with Swan Neck Handles, dates from circa 1840.

It is freely embellished with gilt decoration and hand-painted with English Garden Flowers.

The condition is good.  There are no cracks, chips or restoration.  There is a very minor glaze nick to the foot and a tiny, underglaze nick to the rim.  There is some fritting (caused during the firing process) underneath the rim.

Height:  8.5 inches (21.5 cm)
