This Large Improved Stone China Blue and White Transfer Printed Pottery Charger measures an impressive 17 inches (43 cm) in diameter.

It bears the I pressed mark Improved Stone China within a border and the number 12.

It is possibly by Charles Meigh (1835-1849) of Hanley, Staffordshire (Godden’s British Pottery and Porcelain Marks).

The condition is good.  There is no restoration.

A beautiful English Blue and White Pottery Charger which displays beautifully.
