This magnificent Spode Blue & White Transfer Printed Stand, decorated with the Lanje Lijsen Pattern, dates from circa 1820.

It measures a magnificent 13.5 inches (34.5 cm) in diameter.

Lanje Lijsen is Dutch for ‘Pretty Lady’.  The pattern is also known as The Jumping Boy.

The Stand bears both the printed and impressed Spode Mark and the impressed number 9.

The condition is good.  There is no restoration.
