This well-modelled and colourfully-decorated Victorian Staffordshire Figure dates from circa 1880.
It depicts a well-dressed Hunstman, in plaid sash, plaid socks, neckerchief, waistcoat, breeches, jacket and a jaunty hat, with his faithful Hound by his side.
He stands an impressive 16 inches (40.5 cm) high.
The condition is good. There is an old surface chip to the u deride of the footrim. There is no restoration.
A very striking and eye-catching Figure.
