This striking Antique Pottery Vase bears the Factory Marks (1850-1871) for William Brownfield of Cobridge Staffordshire Potteries.
It stands a stately 23 inches (58.5 cm) high.
The Vase which is raised on a matching Stand has a pierced cover allowing the pot pourri aromas to circulate.
The gilt decoration is noteworthy.
The condition of the piece is good. There is no restoration. There is a minute fleabite to the footrim of the the Vase which is not seen when it sits in the Stand and an old short hairline on the top rim of the Vase.
