Made by Powell, Bishop & Stonier of Hanley, Staffordshire Potteries, this transfer printed Serving Plate bears the Victorian Design Registration Mark for 1882 and the Pattern Name ‘London’.

It is decorated in the Aesthetic Movement style and contains an image showing Nelson’s Column entitled ‘Trafalgar Square’.

The Serving Plate is in good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration.
