This jolly Pair of Sherwin and Cotton Tiles of Musicians date from circa 1900.

The one on the left, who looks remarkably like Danny Kaye, is holding his Fiddle beneath his arm, whilst the one on the right holds some sort of wind instrument. Both look very happy.

Sherwin and Cotton (1877-1930) were one of the major Art Tile Manufacturers in Hanley.

The Tiles are framed for ease of display.
