This pleasing Pair of Victorian Staffordshire Poodles, each with Two Pups, date from circa 1860.
They have shredded clay coats and gilt padlocks and collars.
The condition is good. There is no restoration. A patch of the shredded clay decoration on the back of the head of one paddle is missing.  This has occurred during the making. This is not seen from the front.
